How long after our event do we need to send our flowers?

We recommend sending your flowers to us ASAP after your big day (ideally next business day), this will ensure the best possible colours are retained and preserved in your jewellery.

Our postage kits are designed to make this process as easy as possible, our kits contain an express post paid envelope and specially designed postage tube.


How long does the process take?

We aim to have your flowers preserved in your new jewellery and back to you within 4 weeks.

This time frame may increase during our busy periods but we’ll be sure to let you know of any potential delays.

Please let us know if you have a date you would specifically like your jewellery for. Also if you are on your honeymoon after 4 weeks of sending your flowers to us, please let our team know as we will post to you on your return.


How many flowers do I have to send?

We do not require a large number of flowers, just select some of each type or colour which you would like to have preserved.

We may not be able to include every flower you send in our designs, however if there is a specific flower which is special to you, please let us know and we will be sure to include this in your jewellery.

Please note, we do not typically return any left over flowers, these will be recycled by our team. If we are return shipping your flowers, we are unable to take responsibility for their care whilst in transit - we will package them best as possible however we cannot guarantee the will not be damaged in transit.


Do I have to book in advance?

Yes! We require your booking in order for us to send you our postage kit, which includes a tube to protect your flowers and a return postage bag. This booking will allow us to confirm your position in our preservation run the week following your event.


Can I use my already dried bouquet?

Absolutely! We can preserve these flowers in our jewellery too!

As flowers which have been allowed to air dry will lose most of their colour, if you choose we can also add additional brightly coloured flowers of your choice to your design e.g. adding fresh red roses to your existing dried red roses.

I like one of your website designs, can you make the same for me?

As each preservation design is handmade we can not guarantee the exact same can be replicated. Our team can however aim to make your design similar if possible.

We offer two design types: 3D or Flatlay - Please confirm your preference with our team at booking.


What metals do you use?

We only use sterling silver, solid 9ct or solid 18ct gold settings and findings in our jewellery. We can also make our designs in platinum on special requests.

We strongly believe in providing the highest quality of jewellery to our customers.

We do not use gold plated or gold filled findings as this plating typically wears away to reveal poor quality base metals which can irritate the wearer.

Our jewellery is designed to stay with the wearer for many, many years and we believe solid precious metals are the best way to ensure this is possible.
